VISION

The Libraries and Instructional Media Center envision itself to become the center of excellence in knowledge and information with state-of-the-art resources and facilities to sustain lifelong learning and research.

MISSION

To promote information and digital literacy among its stakeholders by ensuring universal access to knowledge and lifelong learning, as well as literacy, and encourages collaboration, critical thinking, and research.

GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

To support a culture of learning by providing updated and relevant resources and services.

1.1. The library will provide resources and services to support on-site and off-site clientele.

1.2. Continuous procurement of up dated and relevant resources in diverse formats.

1.3. Promote effective use of information and communication technology to maximize digital access to electronic and digital collections.

2. To improve user services and access to information.

2.1. To help with improving resources and services, the library will conduct research on user satisfaction among its clientele.

2.2. To support all new proposed and existing programs of the Institution for accreditation through collection evaluation of all materials in any formats pertaining to the programs.

2.3. Continue to explore and expand opportunities for inter- library partnerships and linkages.
